|Homemade Skunk Deodorizer
( For Dogs not people)
Try not to let the poor victim come in contact with car fabrics or anything of value because it's easier to just throw
things away than to get rid of the smell.
1 ounce hydrogen peroxide
1 quart water
1/4 cup baking soda ( NOT baking powder)
1 tablespoon liquid pet shampoo
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Put on rubber gloves.
Remove collar and discard.
Spray the victim, avoiding contact with the eyes, ears and mouth. Wet a washcloth with solution and apply to face.
Discard the washcloth. Wait 5 minutes and bathe in warm water with pet safe shampoo. If the odor persists, take the
pet to a groomer for a hair cut and another treatment.
Throw everything away that came in contact with the pet.
